Deposits secure your petβs transport slot and prevent scheduling conflicts.
Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations
More Than 7 Days Before Scheduled Transport
Clients may qualify for a partial refund excluding:
- Processing fees
- Administrative costs
- Reserved scheduling expenses
Less Than 7 Days Before Scheduled Transport
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled transportation date are generally non-refundable due to finalized travel arrangements and reserved logistics.
Same-Day Cancellation
Same-day cancellations are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed under the following circumstances:
- Transportation service could not be provided due to company-related issues
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- Approved cancellation under eligible timeframes
- Service unavailability in the requested location
All refund reviews are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.

- 3β7 business days for digital payment methods

Client Responsibility

- Submitting required health and travel documents
- Ensuring pets are fit for transportation
- Being available during pickup and delivery windows
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect refund eligibility.
